The tenth edition of KnitCast!
As you know I was recently in Paris for a few days holiday. While I was there I met up with Knitting Designer Kate Gilbert. We talked about Clapotis of course, making the cover of Interweave Knits and living the knitting life in Paris.

I'm getting an error message. Did you move or rename the file?

I can't get connected to an mp3 of the show - just an html, which is this site???

Try downloading the file again. I think perhaps too many people were trying to get it at once. I just tried and it was fine.

I love hearing the real voices of all the bloggers I read every day. Thank you so much, Marie, for giving knitters voice!

I just installed the new iTunes update, and Knitcast came up on the list of podcasts you can download from iTunes. Very cool.

Hi Marie,
I love listening to your knitcasts. I don't know if other people are experiencing this problem, but when I download the Kate Gilbert interview, she is cut off in mid-sentence several minutes into the interview as she is discussing the Paris knitting scene. (I tried reloading and it didn't fix the problem).
P.S., I made a clapotis too, but I don't have any pics of it. I participated in the clapotis knitalong.

Hi Geneva,
The interview with Kate Gilbert is 12 minutes long. Have you tried redownloading it? The file is 14.1 megs in size. Perhaps your connection was cut off off while downloading it the first time?

Marie, I'm enjoying the podcasts so much. Thanks for doing the project. Yours was the first podcast I listened to on my new iPod, and you inspired me to make knit a PodPocket while listening. In case your readers/listeners are interested, the "pattern" is at my Blog on this entry:

Thanks again and keep up the great work, please!
